This tray takes its texture from basket-weave, a criss-cross pattern pressed into a shallow, open dish. The rim sits low enough that you can see everything inside at a glance, and the surface catches the light differently to a plain flat tray.
It belongs by the front door or on a hallway table, the spot where keys, coins, a wallet or a watch need somewhere to land that isn't the floor or the bottom of a bag. Drop things in on your way through and they are exactly where you left them on your way out.
It measures about 20.5 by 20.5 centimetres and stands 5 centimetres deep, enough room for a few sets of keys and the small change that comes with them. It prints as a single piece, made to order in our Cyprus studio and shipped worldwide.
