1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of the Mesh Creations website and any order you place with us. By placing an order or using the site, you accept these terms. We are Mesh Creations, Larnaca, Cyprus.
2. Quotes & orders
Quotes are based on the information and files you provide and are valid for the period stated. An order is confirmed once we accept it and, where applicable, payment or a deposit is received. We may decline work that is unsafe, illegal or infringes someone else's rights.
3. Pricing & payment
Prices are in euro (€). Custom and production work is quoted individually. Payment terms are shown on your quote or at checkout. Title to goods passes to you once payment is received in full.
4. Custom & made-to-order items
Many of our products are designed or produced specifically for you. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information, measurements and files you supply. We will share a design or sample for approval before production where the service includes it.
5. Intellectual property
You keep the rights to designs and models you own and supply to us, and you confirm you have the right to have them produced. Designs we create for a commissioned project belong to you on full payment, unless agreed otherwise. Our own website content and branding remain ours.
6. Delivery
We deliver across Cyprus and quote timelines per project — see our Production Time and Shipping pages. Timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed unless agreed in writing.
7. Cancellations, returns & refunds
Your rights and our process are set out in our Shipping, Payment & Returns policy. Custom and made-to-order items are generally non-returnable unless faulty.
8. Liability
We take care with every project, but to the extent permitted by law our liability is limited to the value of the order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, and disputes are subject to the courts of Cyprus.
