Three matching pots sit together on one saucer tray, printed as a set rather than separate pieces you have to line up yourself. Each pot has its own irrigation channel built into the base, letting water rise up from the tray below rather than sitting on the surface of the soil. You can still water from the top in the ordinary way, whichever suits the plant or your habits that week.
This is a set for the kitchen counter or a windowsill that gets some light, the kind of spot where you want herbs close at hand rather than out in the garden. Snip basil or thyme mid-recipe, keep mint contained in its own pot instead of spreading into the others, and let the tray catch the overflow so nothing marks the surface underneath.
