This tray plays a small trick on the eye. Look down and you see a soft, rounded dish. Move to the front and it sharpens into a many-sided pyramid. Catch it from the side and the base turns out to be octagonal. One object, three readings, depending on where you stand.
On the desk, it becomes a catch-all for the things that drift across the surface during the day: coins, keys, a ring taken off before washing up. Set by the sink or on a shelf, it holds a tealight instead, the light catching on its angled faces after dark. Either way, it keeps small items together without laying them bare.
It measures about 15.6 by 15 by 12.7 centimetres, roomy enough for a modest handful of contents. Printed to order in our Cyprus studio and shipped worldwide, it arrives ready to sit wherever you need it.
